On average, townhouses and terrace homes take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to complete, starting from the foundation through to final finishes. Can I visit the construction site during the build?
For your safety and to ensure the work is progressing smoothly, we ask that you arrange a site visit in advance. Our team is happy to show you the progress and answer any questions you might have. We can also organise scheduled visits to showcase completed phases of your home.

This is paid once your purchase agreement is signed, and it secures your place in the development.
